More seating options in the dining areas would help.

Luxurious, Luxurious, Luxurious
My stay was lovely! The lush gardens were a tranquil escape, providing the perfect backdrop while I sipped my morning coffee. From the immaculate service, especially from the wonderful Ashish and Nikita, to the cozy ambiance of my Superior Room City View King Bed, every detail was catered to with warmth and elegance.

Beautiful hotel gardens are a soothing retreat.
I was horrified by the service quality at this hotel. The check-in process took forever, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and indifferent to our needs. The room was outdated, with worn-out furniture that badly needed replacing.

The meal at the restaurant was a total highlight, especially the Galouti Kebabs, and I loved relaxing with a massage at the spa. I really enjoyed the beautiful garden area and outdoor pool, perfect for unwinding. The wedding reception next door was a bit loud at times, but honestly, it didn’t bother us too much! 😊

Ideal for Families seeking luxury
The staff was genuinely helpful and made us feel welcomed when we arrived, especially Ashish at the Chowk Restaurant who really took extra care of us. The breakfast had plenty of vegetarian options and the food was excellent, a highlight of our stay.
It wasn't inexpensive but given the quality, it was still reasonable.

great stay but room could improve
The staff provided exceptional service, especially Jitendra, Ratan, Ankit, and Chef Revant. I was impressed by the refreshing swimming pool area, which was very clean and well-maintained.
I found the room to be a bit dated compared to the rest of the property.
