I was horrified by the service quality at this hotel. The check-in process took forever, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and indifferent to our needs. The room was outdated, with worn-out furniture that badly needed replacing.

During my recent stay at Taj Ganges, I felt pampered in a comfortable Beautiful Room with fine views. The staff's attentiveness impressed me, especially Tanu's warm gestures. I wished for a larger room, it’s a quaint compromise for such excellent service.
